Scared

Hello everyone.

Today I'm too lazy to study so when I'm bored, I will post something here. So i've been thinking lately about my future. I am so scared about it and sometimes I just want to ignore it. When I saw many people just finished graduating but still can't get a job and if they do, the salary usually can't afford to buy a house or rent it. OMAIGOD I hope my future will be good and may the right path lead me someday, AMIN :)

2 days as a QM-er,

You guys must be wondering what the hell is the topic right? Well it is about QUARTER MASTER. I am one of it for the NETBALL COMPETITION that had been held at Paroi. I am helping the teacher completing scores and everything because we were the tuan rumah. sangat syok ok! but tired ofcos. The winner for bawah 15 tahun : STAN (Sekolah Tunku Ampuan Najihah). Bawah 18 tahun : TKC (Tengku Kursiah College). Sangat hebat and both of them ialah sekolah perempuan. So this was my first experienced. sangat enjoy and hope will be watching it again next year. maybe! ok that's all bubye :)

health conscious.

Today I'm going to make my readers be one of the health conscious because people nowadays easily get sick and die because of the sickness that we all didn't expect. Some of you may not know the fact that milk is actually good for only baby's bones and not actually needed by most adult. So here are some fact that I need to share with you guys here.

In one photo they have a picture of milk but it does not talk about milk. It talks about how fruit may be good for your bones and about the body being too acidic. If you look up protein on Wikipedia, it says that milk weakens your bones. Dr Hyman also says that on an article on Huffington Post about milk. Also people in some countries that consume less calcium have stronger bones. Milk is for baby mammals, not adults.

So it is better to get your calcium from orange juice and greens than from high protein foods.

kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa orang africa lebih ramai mempunyai tulang yang sihat berbanding orang amerika. Ia adalah kerana pengambilan makanan hijau seperti sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan yang diambil oleh orang afrika berbanding dengan orang amerika yang mengamalkan calcium daripada protein seperti keju, susu dan sebagainya.

REGRETTING THE PAST.

as you all know, everyone i mean, THE WHOLE UNIVERSE must've been regret for something they've done from the past. especially about the breakup thingy. And what I wanted to tell you is I am in this kind of scenario so today I'm officially the regret-ers. I am damn sure that I'm still in love with TUT. which I can't tell you. just consider this as a secret :p. so I think this is actually HOW TO STOP REGRETTING THE PAST. so here goes,

first, stop thinking about it.

second, get a new life dude.

third, pray.

fourth, do fun stuff with your friends.

fifth, tell to your heart that you want to forget.

sixth, throw away your feelings for him (if you still in love with your ex and regret about the breakup)

seventh, STUDY AND THINK ABOUT YOUR FUTURE cuz if you still can't forget the past, how can you survive in the future? think about it okeyyyyyy. that's all salam :)

O-k mungkin article dah lame korang korang sume bce. but dlm bnyak2 article psl kecintaan umat nabi Muhammad, aku plg sebak part ni. ntah xtau kenape. maybe becuz I'm just ABOUT TO BE RAJIN untuk membelek article2 skang ni. so, hayatilah! WOW.

Ada seorang pedagang minyak wangi, di Madinah. Setiap kali pergi ke pasar, dia singgah dulu ke rumah Rasulullah Saw, dia tunggu sampai Rasulullah keluar. Setelah Rasulullah keluar, dia hanya mengucapkan salam lalu memandang Rasulullah saja, setelah puas dia pergi. Suatu saat setelah dia ketemu Rasululllah dia pergi, lalu tak lama kemudian balik lagi dari pasar dan dia datang kepada Rasulullah Saw dan meminta izin, “Saya ingin melihat engkau ya Rasulullah, kerana saya takut tidak boleh melihat engkau setelah ini.” Dan Rasulullah mengizinkannya.
Kemudian, setelah kejadian itu Rasulullah tidak pernah melihat lagi tukang minyak wangi itu. Disuruhnya sahabatnya pergi melihat, ternyata ia sudah meninggal dunia tidak lama setelah dia pergi dari pasar dan memandang wajah Rasulullah Saw itu. Lalu kata Rasulullah Saw: “Kecintaannya kepadaku akan menyelamatkan dia di hari akhirat.”

People always thought I'm U or form 5 or something. why? I DON'T HAVE THE ANSWER TO THAT QUEST. but, all I know is, I looked mature more than my age. bcoz teenager nowadays are so stylo and wears make up. They just look a bit matured.not a bit, maybe a lot. haha. But the point is actually, I really wanna have a baby! I'm waiting for my elder sister to get married. But it's no use to wait. how about, I go to an adoption center and adopt one cute lil baby sister. OMG WHAT AM I CRAPPING? haha I'm just falling in love with babies!!

my blog has expired.

bad news : my blog is LIKE so silent right now. idk why but I just don't wanna think about it. maybe it's tougher than addmath. DAMN. ok maybe this is the best reasons why, jeng jeng!

first, I don't usually do the blog updating thingy. like I'm lazy to do so bcoz maybe updating blog is more complicating than writing a diary. (like duhh ofcos).

second, I hate the so called BLOGWALKING. it's like a must to every bloggers because that's the only way promoting ur blog except you're famous like hanis zalikha, hana tajima, yuna and others famous bloggers.

third, I don't think people kept visiting my blog. seriously. so I don't give a damn to it. thankfully ;p.

so maybe this is the reasons why my blog is like a library. SILENT. nobody is keeping their eyes on to read it. so, salam everyone :)
